General Manager, Sales (SSI TMT Bars)

What You’ll Do

• Own the full P\&L for the TMT sales division.
• Set macro strategy and pricing amid raw material volatility.
• Drive pan\-regional distribution and dealer loyalty programs.
• Secure high\-tonnage institutional contracts (NHAI, PSUs, real estate majors).

We’re Looking For

• 15\+ years of senior sales leadership experience in the steel, cement and paint industry (mandatory).
• Any degree.
• Currently based in Chennai.
• Proven experience governing multi\-region sales hierarchies.
• Strong command of CRM and KPI systems and credit control (DSO).
• Willingness to travel across regions for institutional engagements.

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹120,000\.00 per month
