General Manager - Sales

Job description

• *Position**: General Manager – Sales for Our New Hyundai Showroom at Sambalpur, Odisha.
• *Reporting To**: Dealer Principal / MD
• *Qualification**: Graduate / MBA preferred
• *Experience**: Minimum 10–15 years in automobile sales, with 5\+ years as GM, Sales.
• *Age Range**: 35–50 years
• *Location Preference**: Odisha or nearby states (Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal)

• *✅ Key Responsibilities:**

• Achieve monthly and annual **vehicle sales targets**
• Manage **new car, used car \& exchange** operations
• Ensure **Hyundai Sales Process (HSPI)** compliance
• Lead a team of **Team Leaders, Sales Consultants, CREs, TLs**
• Coordinate with **Finance, Insurance, RTO, Exchange \& Digital Leads**
• Track lead management system (Hyundai DMS) \& digital inquiries
• Improve **Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)** \& **Net Promoter Score (NPS)**
• Plan marketing activities, roadshows \& rural campaigns
• Liaison with Hyundai regional office for target vs. achievement
• Recruitment, training, motivation, and performance review of the sales team

Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹120,000\.00 per month
