Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and result\-oriented General Manager – Sales \& Marketing to lead the sales and business development function of a reputed Gear, Shaft \& Axle manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

2\. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing OEM customers and develop new OEM business opportunities.

3\. Maintain excellent professional relationships and strong business connections with major automobile OEM companies.

4\. Handle key accounts, commercial negotiations, customer development and long\-term business contracts.

5\. Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's customer base.

6\. Lead, guide and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve organizational objectives.

7\. Coordinate with production, quality and technical teams to meet customer expectations and delivery commitments.

8\. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.

9\. Drive business development, sales forecasting, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

\- 15–25 years of relevant experience in Sales \& Marketing in the automobile / auto components manufacturing industry.

\- Strong exposure to Gear, Shaft \& Axle manufacturing.

\- Excellent hold and established relationships with OEM companies.

\- Proven experience in handling major OEM accounts and developing new business.

\- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.

\- Ability to independently drive sales growth and business expansion.
