Job Title: Generative AI Trainer – LLM, Prompt Engineering \& AI AgentsJob Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Generative AI Trainer to deliver practical, industry\-oriented training on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, AI Agents and AI\-powered application development.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience with modern Generative AI tools, frameworks and APIs, along with the ability to teach students and working professionals through real\-time projects and practical business use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training on Generative AI concepts and applications.
• Teach Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical applications.
• Provide hands\-on training in ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude and Google Gemini.
• Explain Prompt Engineering techniques and advanced prompting strategies.
• Train students on building AI\-powered applications using LLM APIs.
• Teach Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and implementation.
• Provide practical training on AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows.
• Cover LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.
• Teach vector databases and semantic search.
• Demonstrate chatbot and AI assistant development.
• Train students on integrating AI models with external applications and APIs.
• Introduce fine\-tuning, embeddings and LLM evaluation techniques.
• Guide students in developing real\-time Generative AI projects.
• Provide assignments, case studies and interview preparation.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs.
• Hands\-on experience with OpenAI API, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
• Good knowledge of Python programming.
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines and vector databases.
• Experience building AI chatbots and AI\-powered applications.
• Understanding of REST APIs and third\-party integrations.
• Knowledge of AI Agents and multi\-agent systems.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Previous training or mentoring experience is preferred.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Hugging Face Transformers.
• LlamaIndex.
• Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS or other vector databases.
• Fine\-tuning and model customization.
• Open\-source LLMs such as Llama.
• Streamlit, Flask or FastAPI.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• AI application deployment and monitoring.
• Multimodal AI and Voice AI.
• Real\-time enterprise Generative AI project experience.
