Genesys Architect

• *Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong **Genesys Cloud Architect** to lead the architecture, design, implementation, integration, security, and DevOps governance of enterprise\-scale contact center solutions built on Genesys Cloud.

• *Experience level: 6 to 9 years**

• *Location: Bangalore**

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in **High\-Level Design (HLD)** of enterprise contact center platforms and should be capable of driving end\-to\-end solution architecture across telephony, digital channels, integrations, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, security, and enterprise governance.

• *This role requires strong hands\-on experience with Genesys Cloud, enterprise integrations, Salesforce, Terraform, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and secure deployment practices**

. The candidate will also be responsible for leading technical teams, establishing engineering standards, defining deployment strategies, enforcing security best practices, and ensuring highly available and scalable contact center solutions.

Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
