• *Job Overview**

We are looking for an experienced **Geneva Developer** with hands\-on expertise in customizing reports and configuring workflows within the **SS\&C Advent Geneva platform**. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Geneva functionality, technical customization, business requirements, and troubleshooting existing solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Geneva reports and workflows, resolving technical issues, supporting existing platform functionality, and contributing to system enhancements based on business requirements. Knowledge of SQL, scripting, data extraction, and investment management or fund accounting processes will be an added advantage.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Customize, develop, and maintain **reports within the SS\&C Advent Geneva platform** based on business and operational requirements.
• Configure, enhance, and maintain Geneva workflows to support business processes and operational efficiency.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate Geneva report customizations and workflow configurations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Geneva reports, workflows, data processing, and existing platform functionality.
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for existing Geneva solutions.
• Analyze business requirements, identify configuration gaps, and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Perform testing and validation of customized reports, workflows, and platform enhancements to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Support data extraction and reporting requirements using SQL and relevant scripting techniques.
• Assist with integrations between Geneva and external systems or enterprise applications, wherever required.
• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
• Maintain technical documentation covering report configurations, workflows, customizations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Support platform improvements and ensure that customized solutions align with business requirements and operational standards.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• **5–8 years of total IT experience**, including **3–4 years of hands\-on experience with SS\&C Advent Geneva**.
• Strong hands\-on experience in **Geneva report customization and workflow configuration**.
• Good understanding of Geneva platform functionality, configurations, and business requirements.
• Experience troubleshooting issues and supporting existing Geneva solutions.
• Ability to analyze requirements and implement appropriate report and workflow customizations.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and support UK working hours with overlap with US working hours.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience in technical development and customization within the **SS\&C Advent Geneva platform**.
• Knowledge of SQL, scripting, and data extraction techniques.
• Experience integrating Geneva with external systems and enterprise applications.
• Understanding of **investment management, portfolio accounting, or fund accounting processes**.
• Experience supporting production environments, resolving technical issues, and delivering platform enhancements.
• Strong documentation, testing, and requirement\-analysis skills.
