About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic **General Manager – Real Estate Sales** to lead and oversee the sales operations for Residential and Commercial Real Estate Projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end\-to\-end sales operations for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue objectives.
- Build, mentor, and manage high\-performing sales teams across projects.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, investors, and key clients.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Review sales MIS, pipeline reports, and conversion metrics to improve performance.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and timely resolution of client concerns.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and coaching sessions for the sales team.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to formulate effective sales plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Expertise in residential and commercial real estate sales.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and decision\-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and MS Office.
- Ability to lead large teams in a target\-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred.
- Real Estate certifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4–5\+ years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Proven experience in leading sales teams and managing residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
- Excellent network within the real estate industry.
- Experience in handling channel sales, direct sales, and key account management.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
