We are looking for a **high\-calibre Gift Hampers \& Gifting Solutions Manager** to conceptualize, curate, price, and deliver **luxury and premium gift hampers** for **all occasions**—including **HNI weddings, corporate gifting, return favors, festivals, private parties, events, and celebrations**.
This role requires a **rare blend of creativity, luxury sensibility, vendor sourcing, operational execution, and client management**, ensuring every hamper reflects **quality, elegance, and flawless delivery**.
- Conceptualize and curate **premium \& luxury gift hampers** for all occasions
- Design gifting solutions for:
- HNI \& luxury weddings (welcome hampers, return favors, VIP gifting)
- Corporate gifting (festivals, employee gifts, client \& channel partner gifts)
- Events, launches, parties, and private celebrations
- Festivals (Diwali, Eid, Christmas, Rakhi, Weddings, etc.)
- Source and manage **premium products, luxury packaging, and bespoke items**
- Oversee **pricing, costing, margin control, and profitability**
- Customize hampers based on **client budgets, themes, branding, and cultural preferences**
- Coordinate **design, packaging, assembly, quality control, and logistics**
- Manage timelines for **bulk and high\-value orders**
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, artisans, and premium suppliers
- Ensure consistent **luxury presentation and quality standards**
- Support business development, proposals, and client pitches
