Job Summary

Infinity Crest Group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated **Global E\-Commerce Manager** to lead and expand our international online marketplace presence across **Amazon Global** and **Alibaba**. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Alibaba marketplace management, product listing optimization, SEO, PPC campaigns, and brand management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon Global (US, EU, and other marketplaces) and Alibaba seller accounts.
• Optimize product listings using SEO best practices to improve visibility, rankings, and sales.
• Manage Amazon Brand Registry, ASINs, and brand protection initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance, customer reviews, and marketplace analytics.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Develop and maintain Amazon Brand Store and A\+ Content.
• Respond to Alibaba customer inquiries and generate B2B business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and international marketplace regulations.
• Analyze marketplace data and implement strategies to improve revenue and conversion rates.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience with **Amazon Seller Central (Global)** and **Alibaba**.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry and listing optimization.
• Expertise in Amazon SEO, keyword research, and PPC advertising.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business growth targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E\-Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, or Consumer Products is preferred.
• Knowledge of EU and US marketplace compliance is an added advantage.
