Global E- Commerce Manager

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Manage day\-to\-day operations on Amazon Global (US, EU, etc.) and Alibaba marketplaces.**
• **Handle inbound B2B inquiries and ensure timely customer responses.**
• **Monitor and analyze marketplace performance, PPC campaigns, and customer reviews.**
• **Create and optimize product listings with strong SEO and keyword strategies.**
• **Manage Amazon Brand Registry, listing control, and brand protection activities.**
• **Build and optimize Amazon Brand Store pages and A\+ Content to improve conversions.**
• **Ensure compliance with global marketplace policies and maintain brand consistency.**

• *Required Skills**

• **Hands\-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (Global) and Alibaba.**
• **Strong understanding of Amazon Brand Registry, listing management, and compliance.**
• **Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills.**
• **Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG industries is an added advantage.**
