Job Title: General Manager (GM) – Construction

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our construction projects and teams, ensuring timely completion, cost control, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from start to completion.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, cash flow, and RA bills.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Maintain quality standards and site safety.
• Lead project managers, engineers, and site staff.
• Manage manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 15 plus years of experience in construction.
• Experience in large residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of project planning, costing, contracts, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, and ERP software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.

• *Salary:** ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month(Negotiable)

• *Work Location:** On\-site (Ernakulam)

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
