Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Go (Golang) Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of high\-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Go, microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable backend applications using Go (Golang).
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Mentor and guide development teams through technical challenges.
• Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision\-making.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills

• 8\+ years of software development experience.
• 4\+ years of hands\-on experience in Go (Golang).
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, and API integrations.
• Hands\-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and monitoring tools.
