Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer\-focused Gold Loan Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling gold loan operations, assisting customers, evaluating gold ornaments, processing loan applications, and ensuring smooth branch operations while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and explain gold loan products, schemes, interest rates, and repayment options.
• Evaluate and assess gold ornaments for purity and weight.
• Process gold loan applications and complete necessary documentation.
• Ensure accurate entry of customer and loan details in the company's software.
• Handle loan disbursement, repayments, renewals, and closures.
• Follow up with customers for interest payments and loan renewals.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of all transactions.
• Support branch\-level business development and customer acquisition.
• Achieve assigned business and interest collection targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum Degree qualification.
• Previous experience in Gold Loan / Banking / NBFC / Financial Services will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and customer\-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn financial software.
• Good numerical and calculation skills.
• Ability to work towards business targets.
• Honest, responsible, and customer\-oriented attitude.

Preferred Candidate

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with gold appraisal knowledge will be preferred.
• Local candidates with knowledge of the Malayalam language are preferred.
