Google Ads Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and performance\-driven Google Ads Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing networks.

Key Responsibilities

· Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.

· Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

· Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI/ROAS.

· Manage Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.

· Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and audience targeting.

· Track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.

· Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.

· Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.

· Manage campaign budgets efficiently.

· Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and best practices.

· Collaborate with the design, content, and development teams to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of hands\-on experience in Google Ads management.

· Strong understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.

· Experience with Google Analytics (GA4\) and Google Tag Manager.

· Knowledge of lead generation and e\-commerce advertising campaigns.

· Strong analytical and reporting skills.

· Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities.

· Google Ads Certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with Meta Ads is a plus.

· Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO.

· Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

· Strong attention to detail and performance\-focused mindset.

Location – Sector\-62, Noida

Pay: ₹24,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
