• *Job Responsibilities :**

• Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve conversions, CTR, and ROI.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend.
• Create compelling ad copies and coordinate with the creative and content teams.
• Set up conversion tracking and monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve client goals.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, policies, and industry trends.

• *Requirements :**

• Minimum **6 Months \- 1 year of hands\-on experience** in Google Ads or paid advertising.
• Practical knowledge of Google Search Ads, Display Ads, and campaign optimization.
• Understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and a performance\-oriented mindset.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
