Google Ads Expert – PPC Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and performance\-driven Google Ads Expert to join our digital marketing team at our Motera, Ahmedabad office.

The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, optimising budgets, improving conversions and delivering measurable ROI for clients or businesses.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping and Performance Max.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience targeting.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise CPC, CTR, CPA and ROAS.
• Manage daily budgets and ensure effective utilisation of advertising spend.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4\.
• Analyse campaign reports and provide performance insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and generate quality leads or sales.
• Perform A/B testing of ad copies, landing pages and bidding strategies.

• *Required Skills**

• 1–4 years of hands\-on experience in Google Ads.
• Good understanding of PPC strategies and campaign optimisation.
• Experience with Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.

• *Working Hours**

• **Working Days:** Monday to Saturday
• **Shift Timing:** 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (UK Time Zone)
• **Work Location:** Motera, Ahmedabad – Work from Office
• Candidates must be comfortable working according to UK business hours.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Google Ads certifications will be an advantage.
• Experience in e\-commerce and lead\-generation campaigns.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking and remarketing.
