This internship is designed to provide hands\-on experience, mentorship, and real\-world exposure to Google Ads. High\-performing interns will have the opportunity to transition into a full\-time role based on their performance.

What You'll Learn

During the internship, you'll receive practical training and gain experience in:

• Google Ads campaign setup and management
• Keyword research and competitor analysis
• Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
• Ad copywriting and A/B testing
• Conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
• Budget optimization and bid strategies
• Performance reporting and campaign analysis
• Landing page optimization basics

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and audience analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support the team in writing compelling ad copies.
• Generate performance reports and analyze campaign metrics.
• Help implement conversion tracking and monitor results.
• Research industry trends and competitor advertising strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on client and internal projects.
• Complete assigned learning modules and participate in training sessions.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast\-paced environment.
• Google Ads certification is a plus but not required.
