The Google Ads Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max to drive high\-quality student admissions for Technovalley’s technology certification programs. The ideal candidate must be highly analytical, data\-driven, and experienced in performance marketing for education or IT training.
- *Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy \& Setup**
- Develop and execute Google Ads strategies aligned with monthly admission targets.
- Create Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns for multiple programs (Cyber Security, AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud, Networking, etc.).
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and campaign structure planning.
- Create compelling ad copies, responsive search ads, and high\-CTR visual creatives.
- *Optimization \& Performance Management**
- Monitor campaign budgets, daily spend, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS.
- Perform split testing (A/B tests) on ads, extensions, targeting, and landing pages.
- Continuously reduce cost per lead and improve lead\-to\-admission conversion metrics.
- Optimize bidding strategies using manual CPC, Max Conversions, and Target CPA.
- *Analytics \& Reporting**
- Integrate tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and UTM parameters.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Track lead quality from campaigns and coordinate with admissions team for follow\-up improvements.
- Identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and trends using data\-driven insights.
- *Conversion \& Landing Page Management**
- Work closely with web and content teams to optimize landing page UX for better admissions results.
- Recommend copy improvements, forms, CTAs, heatmap analysis, and funnel optimization.
- Implement remarketing funnels for high\-intent prospects.
- *Budget \& Growth Ownership**
- Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently with maximum conversion impact.
- Propose new ideas to scale campaigns for special offers, scholarships, bootcamps, and events.
- Execute burst campaigns for peak admission months.
- Minimum 2–6 years experience in Google Ads (Search \+ Display \+ YouTube)
- Proven record of **running lead generation campaigns** (education tech preferred)
- Experience spending **₹1 lakh to ₹15 lakhs per month** in ad budgets
- Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, GSC, and conversion tracking
- Google Ads keyword planning and search intent optimization
- Landing page CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Funnel building and remarketing strategy
- Data analysis and reporting dashboards
- Ad copywriting \& creative testing
- Knowledge of SEO (preferred but not mandatory)
