We are hiring a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist with 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (PPC). The working hours are from 11 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Saturday. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in PPC strategies, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven marketing. Key responsibilities involve planning, creating, and managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Video formats. You will perform keyword research using broad, phrase, and exact match types, optimize campaigns for metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions, and effectively use ad extensions like Sitelinks and Callouts. Managing budgets to improve Quality Score, conducting A/B testing for ads and landing pages, and tracking performance with Google Analytics and conversion tracking are also critical tasks.
