We are seeking a results\-driven **Google Ads Specialist** to plan, create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands\-on PPC experience, and a proven ability to drive ROI through data\-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
  • Write and test ad copy, extensions, and landing page recommendations
  • Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and ad creatives to improve performance
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs
  • Track conversions and ensure accurate implementation using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, keywords, and landing pages
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Stay up to date with Google Ads policies, platform updates, and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, design, and sales teams to align marketing goals

Required Skills \& Qualifications

  • 2\+ years of hands\-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of PPC metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Quality Score)
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4\) and Google Tag Manager
  • Proficiency in keyword research and bid strategies
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
  • Strong written communication skills for ad copy creation
  • Google Ads certification (Search preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing large or multi\-account budgets
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Experience with e\-commerce and Google Shopping campaigns
  • Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Optmyzr
