Job Description

We are hiring a **Performance Marketing Specialist** with 3\+ years of experience in managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across **Facebook Ads, Google Ads and YouTube Ads**.

The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of **generating high ROAS, optimising campaigns and driving measurable business results**.

*Key Responsibilities**

Manage and optimise **Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display) and YouTube Ads campaigns.**

Monitor and improve key metrics like **ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversions**

Scale profitable campaigns and reduce cost per acquisition

Conduct **A/B testing** on creatives, audiences and landing pages

Implement and manage tracking tools (**Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking**)
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights

Collaborate with design and funnel teams to improve results

*Required Experience \& Skills**

Minimum **3\*** years of experience\* in performance marketing

Hands\-on expertise in

Facebook Ads Manager

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

Proven ability to **generate and scale high\-ROAS campaigns**
Strong analytical and data\-driven decision\-making skills
Experience with funnels, landing pages and audience targeting

*Preferred Qualifications**

Experience with **Good agency**

Knowledge of **GTM, Meta Pixels, UTMs**
