Google Ads Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance\-driven **Social Media Ads Specialist** who has hands\-on experience in running paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be proactive, data\-driven, comfortable working with AI tools, and always updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on **Meta (Facebook \& Instagram)** and **Google Ads**.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, lead generation, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• A/B test ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high\-performing ad creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, AI tools, and digital marketing trends.
• Use AI tools such as **ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, Midjourney**, or similar platforms to improve campaign planning, ad copy, and creative ideation.
• Track budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within allocated spending.
• Identify new growth opportunities and suggest innovative advertising strategies.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands\-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of campaign objectives, targeting, remarketing, pixels, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4\), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite is preferred.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and campaign performance.
• Knowledge of social media trends, consumer behavior, and performance marketing.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
