Job Summary

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have experience driving measurable results through data\-driven campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax \& YouTube).
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, ad creation, and A/B testing.
• Monitor and improve campaign performance (CPA, ROAS, CTR).
• Manage bidding strategies and budgets.
• Track performance using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Prepare performance reports and implement optimization recommendations.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of Google Ads/PPC experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, and GTM.
• Understanding of bidding strategies (CPA, ROAS, Manual CPC, ECPC).
• Basic knowledge of SEMrush/Ahrefs is a plus.
• Google Ads Certification and experience with high\-budget campaigns are preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
