Google Ads Specialist

Reu is looking for a Google Ads Specialist to plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our clients. We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills who can generate quality leads, improve conversions, and maximise return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max based on client objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Write compelling ad copy and test ads, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Monitor campaign budgets and optimize performance against lead generation and sales goals.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4\.
• Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, cost per lead, and ROAS.
• Manage negative keywords and review search terms to improve traffic quality.
• Prepare performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative and website teams to improve campaign results.
• Stay updated on Google Ads features, policies, and industry developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Hands\-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of PPC advertising, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and turn insights into practical improvements.
• Good copywriting, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads certification.
• Previous experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience managing lead generation or e\-commerce campaigns.
• Familiarity with Looker Studio and landing page optimization.
