We are looking for a results\-driven Google Ads Specialist with 1\+ years of hands\-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Conversion Tracking, with the ability to drive performance and maximize ROI across various campaigns.**Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube.
• Set up, manage, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using **Google Tag Manager (GTM)**.
• Implement and monitor **Google Ads Conversion Tracking**, including lead forms, calls, purchases, and custom events.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and web development teams to improve campaign outcomes.
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data collection across digital marketing channels.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
