About D3LOGICS

D3LOGICS is looking for a skilled and result\-oriented **Google Ads \& Meta Ads Expert** to join our team at our Pratap Nagar office. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in running paid advertising campaigns, generating quality leads, optimizing ad performance, and achieving business growth through digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram).
• Generate high\-quality leads and improve conversions while maintaining an optimal cost per lead (CPL).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
• Create and optimize ad campaigns, ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
• Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns and reduce advertising costs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Proven hands\-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and paid marketing strategies.
• Experience with Search, Display, Performance Max, Facebook, and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel.
• Ability to analyze data and make performance\-driven decisions.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and meeting campaign targets.

Experience

• Preferred: 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates with a strong portfolio and proven campaign results are encouraged to apply.
