About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and innovative Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our engineering and R\&D team. This role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who possess strong technical fundamentals and hands\-on project experience in mechanical systems, mechatronics, robotics, automation, aerospace, or electromechanical product development.
The selected candidates will contribute to the design, development, prototyping, testing, and integration of advanced engineering systems for industrial, automation, and mission\-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of mechanical and mechatronic systems.
- Support prototype development, assembly, testing, and validation activities.
- Prepare CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
- Participate in engineering analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including electronics, embedded systems, and software engineering.
- Support R\&D projects involving robotics, automation systems, motion control, and electromechanical products.
- Conduct testing, data collection, and reporting for product improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Freshers graduating in 2025 or 2026 are eligible to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of Mechanical Design, Engineering Mechanics, and Manufacturing Processes.
- Knowledge of Mechatronics, Robotics, Motion Control, or Automation Systems.
- Exposure to CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, Fusion 360, or AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with engineering simulation tools such as ANSYS or MATLAB is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹200,000\.00 \- ₹300,000\.00 per year
