Assist in aircraft engine disassembly, inspection, assembly, and testing activities under supervision.

Learn engine architecture, engine systems, and maintenance procedures for CFM/Safran engine families.

Support engineering teams in analyzing technical discrepancies and preparing technical documentation.

Participate in quality inspections and ensure compliance with aviation standards and procedures.

Work with manufacturing, industrialization, tooling, and process engineering teams to improve shop\-floor efficiency.

Use engineering drawings, manuals, specifications, and maintenance instructions.

Support Lean, continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence initiatives.

Knowledge of aerodynamics, propulsion, aircraft systems, and related materials.

Ability to read engineering drawings and technical manuals.

Basic understanding of aviation regulations and quality systems.

Basic Knowledge on CAD/CATIA/Similar Tools \& Good understanding of engineering drawing.

Good knowledge on MS Office tools.

Analytical problem\-solving skills.

Strong technical communication

Interest in teamwork while maintaining individual contribution.

B.E./B.Tech in Aeronautical, Aerospace or related disciplines.

Strong academic record.

Passion for aircraft engines and aeroengine MRO/maintenance/inspection
