Tenpoint–DesignEd Academy, an initiative by Tenpoint Media Pvt. Ltd., provides practical, industry\-oriented training in graphic design and creative skills. Our goal is to equip aspiring designers with the technical knowledge, creative abilities and practical experience required to succeed in the design industry.

• *About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Graphic Design Faculty member to train and mentor students in graphic design. The ideal candidate should have strong industry experience, advanced software knowledge and the ability to deliver structured, practical training. The candidate must be capable of translating professional design experience into effective learning experiences for students.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct structured theoretical and practical training sessions in graphic design.
• Train students in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other relevant design software.
• Teach design fundamentals, typography, colour theory, composition, layout and visual communication.
• Provide practical training in branding, logo design, advertising creatives, social media designs, posters and print materials.
• Develop course materials, assignments, exercises and project\-based learning activities.
• Guide students through real\-world design projects and portfolio development.
• Assess student performance, review assignments and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor students in improving their creative thinking, technical skills and design execution.
• Keep course content updated with current industry trends, tools and professional practices.
• Maintain attendance, assignment records and student progress reports.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles and visual communication.
• Practical expertise in branding, advertising, digital design and print design.
• Excellent creative, conceptualisation and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong communication, presentation and teaching abilities.
• Ability to explain complex design concepts through practical demonstrations.
• Good classroom management and student mentoring skills.

• *Experience \& Requirements**

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with teaching or mentoring experience.
• Prior experience in teaching, training or mentoring is highly preferred.
• A strong professional portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects is mandatory.
• Candidates must have hands\-on industry experience and the ability to train students using practical, real\-world examples.
• Relevant educational qualifications in Graphic Design or a related field are preferred.
