1\. ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Design Intern who has a passion for visual design, creativity and digital communication.

The intern will work closely with our Creative, Social Media, Content and Digital Marketing teams to create visually appealing designs for multiple brands and client campaigns.

2\. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Design creative social media posts, carousels, stories, banners and digital advertisements.

B. Create visually engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

C. Assist in designing marketing materials, promotional creatives, campaign graphics and brand communication assets.

D. Create designs for Meta Ads, Google Display Ads and other digital advertising campaigns.

E. Follow brand guidelines, colour palettes, typography and visual identity requirements.

F. Convert creative briefs and copy into visually attractive designs.

G. Collaborate with copywriters, video editors and social media managers to develop creative concepts.

H. Research design trends, competitor creatives and new visual styles to generate fresh ideas.

I. Make design revisions based on feedback from senior team members.

J. Organise design files and deliver creative assets within assigned timelines.

3\. REQUIRED SKILLS

A. Good creative thinking and visualisation skills.

B. Basic understanding of colour theory, typography, composition and layout.

C. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva.

D. Interest in branding, social media design and digital advertising.

E. Ability to understand creative briefs and follow brand guidelines.

F. Attention to detail and willingness to learn new design techniques.

G. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

4\. ADDITIONAL CANDIDATE PREFERENCES

A. Students or graduates in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Animation or related fields will be preferred.

B. Candidates with a portfolio, college projects or personal design work will have an advantage.

C. Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Figma or other design tools is an added advantage.

D. Candidates who understand social media trends and digital advertising creatives will be preferred.

E. Candidates who can join immediately and work from our Kharadi, Pune head office will be preferred.
