• *Job Responsibilities**

• Design engaging creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, emailers, and other branding initiatives.
• Create posters, banners, brochures, presentations, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to develop compelling visual concepts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design assets.
• Edit images, illustrations, and marketing creatives based on feedback.
• Stay updated with current design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Recent graduate or final\-year student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
• Excellent creativity with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to accept feedback and continuously improve designs.
• A portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, or personal projects is mandatory.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
