About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and passionate **Graphic Design Manager (2D Lead)** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating impactful visual designs for corporate events, experiential marketing campaigns, brand activations, and client presentations.

You will work closely with client servicing, strategy, production, and operations teams to develop compelling visual concepts and ensure seamless execution of creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative visual concepts for corporate events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing campaigns.
• Design event branding assets including:
• Stage backdrops
• LED screen creatives
• Standees
• Signages
• Registration panels
• Invitations
• Event collaterals
• Social media creatives
• Create high\-quality PowerPoint presentations and client pitch decks.
• Translate client briefs into engaging visual storytelling and creative concepts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative deliverables.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure artwork is execution\-ready.
• Handle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Guide junior designers and review design quality whenever required.
• Collaborate with client servicing and marketing teams throughout project execution.

Required Skills

* Strong proficiency in

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding.
• Strong visual storytelling and presentation design skills.
• Knowledge of print production and large\-format artwork.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

Preferred Experience

* Minimum **4 years of experience** in

• Event Management Agencies
• Experiential Marketing Agencies
• Brand Activation Agencies
• Corporate Event Companies
• Experience in designing event branding and marketing collateral.
• Exposure to corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, product launches, and brand activations will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail\-oriented with a passion for design.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to execution.
• Portfolio showcasing event branding, presentations, and creative campaigns is mandatory.
