About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team for real estate. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual communication, branding, and digital design. You will be responsible for creating engaging designs for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, advertisements, and branding materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics for social media, digital marketing, and print media.
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.
• Create visually appealing designs aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign creatives.
• Edit images, illustrations, and videos when required.
• Stay updated with industry trends and design best practices.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.
• Strong creativity, typography, color theory, and layout skills.
• Basic understanding of social media marketing and branding.
• Excellent communication and time\-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Video editing and motion graphics knowledge.
• Experience in designing for real estate, digital marketing, or advertising industries.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
