Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at Navanagar, Hubli. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for digital platforms, company branding, marketing materials, and internal communication

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics, posters, banners, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Create engaging visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Develop recruitment posters, hiring creatives, and company promotional materials.
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all designs.
• Edit images, prepare layouts, and create presentations as required.
• Coordinate with the HR and marketing teams to understand design requirements.
• Manage multiple design tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated with current graphic design trends and creative tools.

Required Skills

• Basic to good knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva**.
• Knowledge of CorelDRAW or other graphic design tools will be an added advantage.
• Good creativity, visual communication, and colour combination skills.
• Understanding of typography, layouts, and branding principles.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow design instructions.
• Good communication and time\-management skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant skills and a strong portfolio may also apply.

Experience

• Freshers and candidates with **0–1\+ years of experience** are welcome to apply.
• Candidates should be willing to learn and work on different creative projects.
