We are looking for a **creative, detail\-oriented, and experienced Graphic Designer** with strong expertise in AI\-powered image editing, professional photo retouching, product image manipulation, and visual content creation.

The ideal candidate must have an **exceptional eye for detail**, the ability to identify even minor differences between AI\-generated images and original product photographs, and the technical skills to deliver highly realistic, accurate, and professional\-quality visuals.

The candidate should also possess good English communication skills, strong time management abilities, and the discipline to maintain daily work trackers and meet project deadlines.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **AI Image Editing \& Enhancement:** Create, edit, refine, and enhance AI\-generated images using advanced AI tools and professional editing software.
• **Product Image Accuracy:** Compare AI\-generated or edited images with original product references to identify and correct differences in shape, size, proportions, colours, textures, branding, and product details.
• **Professional Photo Retouching:** Perform high\-quality photo manipulation, background removal, object replacement, colour correction, lighting adjustments, shadow creation, and realistic image compositing.
• **Visual Quality Inspection:** Identify missing elements, image distortions, unnatural details, alignment issues, and visual inconsistencies before final delivery.
• **Creative Design:** Develop visually appealing social media creatives, promotional graphics, marketing banners, advertisements, and product visuals.
• **AI Prompting Skills:** Write and refine effective AI image\-generation prompts to achieve accurate and consistent visual outputs.
• **Quality Control:** Ensure every design meets client requirements, brand guidelines, and professional quality standards.
• **Work Tracking \& Reporting:** Maintain daily work sheets using Excel or Google Sheets, including assigned tasks, progress, revisions, deadlines, and delivery status.
• **Communication \& Coordination:** Communicate clearly in English, understand project briefs, coordinate with team members, and provide timely work updates.
• **Timely Delivery:** Handle multiple projects efficiently while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and deadlines.

• Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in photo retouching and image manipulation.
• Product photo editing and realistic compositing.
• Background removal, object replacement, and image enhancement.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, shadows, perspective, proportions, and colour matching.

• *2\. AI Image Editing \& Generation**

• Hands\-on experience with AI image generation and editing tools.
• Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT Image Generation, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
• Strong AI prompting and image refinement skills.
• Ability to correct AI\-generated image errors while preserving original product details.
• Experience creating photorealistic product and marketing visuals.

• *3\. Attention to Detail \& Quality**

• Exceptional observation and visual comparison skills.
• Ability to identify small inaccuracies in edited images.
• Strong understanding of product accuracy and brand consistency.
• Ability to deliver polished, realistic, high\-resolution images.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating photo retouching, product manipulation, AI image editing, and creative design work is mandatory.
