About the Role

Startup Stairs is looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Design 6 social media carousels per day while maintaining quality and creativity.

Create graphics, social media posts, banners, and marketing creatives.

Develop visually appealing layouts aligned with brand guidelines.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies.

Ensure timely delivery of designs and maintain consistency across platforms.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in graphic design.

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of typography, colour combinations, and visual storytelling.

Ability to manage multiple designs and meet daily deadlines.

A portfolio showcasing social media creatives and carousel designs is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
