• *Job Summary:**

The role involves designing impactful creatives for digital marketing, social media, e\-commerce platforms, and branding, ensuring consistency and clarity in all visual communications. The designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to create designs that are not only visually appealing but also conversion\-focused and informative.

The candidate will also be expected to leverage AI\-powered design tools to improve efficiency, generate creative variations, and enhance overall productivity.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

· Design creatives for social media, performance ads, and marketing campaigns

· Create e\-commerce visuals (Amazon listings, infographics, A\+ content)

· Develop branding assets, including logos, packaging, and brand guidelines

· Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

· Work closely with internal teams to translate ideas into effective designs

· Use AI tools to accelerate design workflows and generate multiple creative concepts

· Continuously optimize designs based on performance and feedback

• *Qualifications:**

· Strong proficiency in Graphic Design principles (layout, color, typography, hierarchy)

· Experience in branding, logo design, and marketing creatives

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

· Familiarity with Figma, Canva

· Familiarity with video editing is an added advantage

• *Education**

Graduate from any discipline.

• *Compensation**

• **Internship Stipend:** ₹15,000 per month.
• **For experienced candidates, salary is negotiable based on relevant experience and skill set.**
• **Internship Duration:** 12 Months.
• **Post Internship Salary:** ₹3\.0 – ₹4\.5 LPA CTC (Based on Performance).

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
