What You'll Do

Design engaging social media creatives, carousels, reels covers and digital campaigns.
Create visual identities and brand assets that align with client positioning.
Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual storytelling.
Collaborate with content and strategy teams.
Develop presentations, pitch decks and marketing collateral.
Stay updated on design trends, social media formats and platform best practices.

What We're Looking For

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color and visual hierarchy.
Experience designing for Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
Ability to think conceptually and bring ideas to life visually.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility and brand thinking.

Bonus Points If You Have

Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
Experience working with startups, founders or personal brands.
Knowledge of AI\-powered design tools and creative workflows.
