• *Job Position we are offering Graphic Designer**

• *Corporate Office Location – CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai**

• *Job Summary**

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our visual identity across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with the founders, marketing, and content teams to create compelling designs that strengthen our brand, engage customers, and support business growth.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Create engaging designs for social media, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Design branding assets, including logos, websites, brand guidelines, icons, illustrations, and promotional collateral.
• Collaborate with teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns and product launches.
• Design visually appealing graphics for online and offline events, sales materials, and customer communications.
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints while continuously improving the visual identity.
• Edit and optimize existing designs based on feedback and campaign performance.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast\-paced startup environment while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, AI\-powered creative tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Contribute creative ideas beyond design and actively participate in brainstorming sessions.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with an exceptional portfolio are encouraged to apply).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Experience using Figma and Canva for digital design projects
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Good communication, collaboration, and time\-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing using After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience working in a startup, digital agency, or fast\-paced environment is preferred.
• Familiarity design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Mid journey, or Canva is an added advantage to your profile

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹27,500\.00 per month
