• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and creative **Graphic Designer** with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high\-quality visual content for both digital and print platforms, including social media creatives, marketing materials, UI graphics, brand assets, campaign visuals, and short\-form video content. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong design sense, understands branding, and can execute projects independently while collaborating with cross\-functional teams.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design engaging and high\-impact creatives for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and advertisements. **Create banners, posters, brochures, product creatives, and promotional materials.** Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas. **Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and videos for various platforms.** Maintain and strengthen brand identity across all visual content. **Create UI assets, thumbnails, presentation designs, and web graphics.** Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery. **Edit and produce short\-form videos, reels, and promotional video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and websites, including trimming, transitions, text overlays, and basic colour correction.** Provide creative input and contribute ideas to improve design quality.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong understanding of visual design principles: colour theory, typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition. **Proficiency in** Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva **(highly preferred).** Basic understanding of UI/UX design elements. **Hands\-on experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut for creating short videos and reels.** Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. **Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.** Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or equivalent. **2–3 years of experience in graphic designing roles.** A strong portfolio of completed projects demonstrating creativity and design expertise.

• *Preferred Skills (Optional)**

• Experience with **Adobe After Effects**, Premiere Pro, or motion graphics. **Understanding of social media trends, brand guidelines, and marketing communication.** Ability to work with UI teams on basic design components when required.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
