We create content, conversations and business opportunities for salon owners, hairdressers, beauty professionals, educators, brands and aspiring industry talent.

• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Adobe InDesign and magazine layout design to join our creative team. This role will be central to shaping how StyleSpeak's print and digital content looks and feels — from magazine pages to marketing creatives. The ideal candidate combines editorial design sensibility with the versatility to work across print, digital and event branding.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design and lay out magazine pages, editorial features, and covers using Adobe InDesign
• Create social media posts, banners, and digital marketing creatives
• Design brochures, flyers, advertisements, and event branding materials
• Develop creatives for websites, email campaigns, and presentations
• Ensure brand and design consistency across all print and digital touchpoints
• Collaborate with the editorial team to translate content into visually engaging layouts
• Revise designs based on feedback and deliver print\-ready files within deadlines

• *KPIs**

• Timely delivery of magazine layouts within editorial/print schedules
• Design quality and brand consistency across print \& digital outputs
• Turnaround time on revisions and feedback incorporation
• Number of creatives delivered per campaign/issue cycle

• *Candidate Profile**

• 2\-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in publishing, media, or a magazine environment
• Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven editorial environment
• Detail\-oriented with a strong eye for typography, grid systems, and visual hierarchy

• *Skills \& Competencies**

• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign (must\-have magazine/editorial layout experience essential)
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva and Illustrator
• Solid understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory
• Experience designing for both print and digital platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong portfolio showcasing magazine/editorial layout work

• *Preferred Attributes**

• Prior experience in magazine, publishing, or B2B media design
• Familiarity with print production processes (pre\-press, color profiles, bleed/trim)
• Interest in the beauty, salon, or lifestyle industry
• Ability to work collaboratively with editorial and marketing teams

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
