Graphic Designer

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a highly creative and detail\-oriented **Senior Graphic Designer** to join our dynamic advertising agency. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual skills, a keen eye for design aesthetics, and the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling campaigns across print, digital, and social platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute creative concepts, layouts, and designs for advertising campaigns, branding, social media, digital ads, print, and marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, and the creative team to deliver impactful visual solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and high\-quality output.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and direction.
• Stay updated with design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to client guidelines across all touchpoints.
• Work closely with production teams, printers, and vendors to ensure flawless execution of print and digital assets.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in an advertising agency or similar fast\-paced creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, advertising campaigns, digital creatives, and print design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects / Premiere Pro is a plus).
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to pitch creative ideas effectively.
• Team player with leadership qualities and a problem\-solving attitude.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
