We are looking for a creative and experienced **Graphic Designer** with a **minimum of 3 years** of professional experience to join our organisation. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative skills, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail to develop compelling visual concepts that effectively engage the target audience.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Create engaging graphics for social media, product packaging, websites, advertisements, and other marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to develop cohesive and impactful visual concepts.
• Develop high\-quality designs using **Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustartor,CorelDRAW, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.**
• Apply typography, colour theory, and design principles to enhance the visual appeal of marketing materials.
• Ensure consistency across all visual assets to establish and strengthen brand identity.
• Translate creative ideas and business objectives into effective design solutions that resonate with the target audience.
• Adapt designs for various digital platforms, print media, and multimedia projects.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to create modern and innovative designs.

• *Qualifications and Skills:**

• **Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.**
• **Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design** and multimedia design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and high\-quality design work.
• Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustartor,CorelDRAW, and other relevant Adobe Creative Suite applications.**
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and fundamental design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Flexibility to adapt designs based on feedback and changing project requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually compelling designs.
