• *Role Overview:**

Papillon is seeking a creative and detail\-oriented **Graphic Designer** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually compelling materials for **events, concerts, on\-ground activations, and ATL/BTL campaigns**. The role demands a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and an understanding of event aesthetics.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop creative designs for **event collaterals, branding materials, stage backdrops, digital creatives, invites, and decks**.
• Create **client presentations and pitch decks** based on briefs shared by the client servicing and event teams.
• Understand brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual outputs.
• Support in the design execution of **ATL (Above The Line)** and **BTL (Below The Line)** marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including **client servicing, production, and operations** for project execution.
• Edit and adapt designs quickly based on client feedback and changing requirements.
• Maintain an organized archive of design projects and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.

• *Skills \& Competencies:**

• Strong command over **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, After Effects preferred)**.
• Understanding of **event layouts, spatial design, and print/digital formats**.
• Ability to translate concepts into engaging visuals and presentations.
• Good sense of **colour, typography, and composition**.
• Creative thinker with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in **Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field**.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
• Basic understanding of **events, branding, and on\-ground marketing activities**.
