Alongside client services, we operate our in\-house platforms—**MematGo.com**, an e\-commerce website specializing in customized gifting products, and **Flypped.com**, a digital media platform covering news, Bollywood updates, lifestyle trends, travel, and health \& fitness content.
We are seeking a creative and detail\-oriented **Graphic Designer Executive** to produce high\-quality visual content across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and in\-house branding initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a good understanding of brand aesthetics, and experience in both digital and print design.
- Create visually compelling graphics for **social media, website banners, advertisements, email campaigns, and promotional material**
- Design **product visuals, creatives, and marketing collaterals** for MematGo.com and Flypped.com
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and social media teams to **ensure brand consistency** and meet campaign objectives
- Develop layouts, templates, and design assets for digital and print platforms
- Maintain visual quality across all digital assets and ensure timely delivery
- Stay updated with **current design trends, tools, and techniques**
- Assist in designing presentations, infographics, and motion graphics (basic animation)
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- 2\+ years of professional experience as a **graphic designer**
- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva**
- Strong **typography, color theory, and layout skills**
- Knowledge of digital design best practices for web and social media
- Creative thinking and ability to translate concepts into visual content
- Attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in **motion graphics or video editing** (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with **e\-commerce product design and marketing creatives**
- Knowledge of **UI/UX principles and website design**
- Experience creating graphics for **digital marketing campaigns and ads**
