• *Position Overview**

We are looking for a creative, detail\-oriented Graphic Design Executive with strong expertise in packaging, label design, print production, and brand communication.

This role requires someone who can create visually compelling designs while ensuring technical accuracy for production. The ideal candidate has excellent CorelDRAW skills, understands print workflows, and can maintain consistent brand identity across packaging, marketing collateral, and digital platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design premium product labels, stickers, cartons, packaging artwork, and promotional materials.
• Create marketing creatives including posters, brochures, standees, banners, flyers, POS materials, and advertisements.
• Develop engaging creatives for social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Prepare production\-ready artwork with accurate dimensions, bleed, crop marks, and CMYK colour settings.
• Modify and update existing packaging and label artwork based on regulatory or business requirements.
• Ensure complete accuracy in layouts, typography, colours, logos, legal text, and branding elements.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production teams to ensure flawless print execution.
• Maintain consistency across all brand assets and marketing materials.
• Edit short promotional videos and simple motion graphics when required.
• Organize and maintain design files, artwork versions, and brand assets.
• Stay updated with current design trends, AI\-powered creative tools, and packaging innovations.

• *Required SkillsMandatory**

• Strong expertise in **CorelDRAW**
• Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop**
• Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator**
• Working knowledge of **Canva**
• Good understanding of print production and packaging workflows
• Knowledge of colour management, typography, layout, and branding principles
• Ability to create print\-ready production files

• *Preferred**

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• AI\-based design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Experience working with FMCG, alcoholic beverages, luxury, or lifestyle brands

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience in packaging, label design, or print production will be highly preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and production\-quality work.
