About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 1\.5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in designing visually appealing marketing materials, social media creatives, branding assets, and print designs while effectively managing client requirements and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics for digital and print media.
• Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, catalogs, and marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to understand design needs and provide creative solutions.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Revise and improve designs based on feedback.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all design deliverables.
• Stay updated with current design trends and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in **Canva**.
• Advanced knowledge of **CorelDRAW**.
• Expertise in **Adobe Photoshop**.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to create designs for both digital and print platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Excellent **Client Handling Skills** and communication abilities.
• Ability to understand client requirements and manage expectations professionally.
• Time management and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum **1\.5 years of experience** as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Portfolio showcasing creative design projects.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of branding and visual identity design.
• Experience with social media marketing creatives.
• Basic understanding of video editing tools is an added advantage.
