Graphic Designer

• *About the Role**

We are seeking a creative and detail\-oriented **Graphic Designer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for products, marketing campaigns, promotional materials, posters, banners, and digital assets. Strong expertise in **CorelDRAW is mandatory** for this role, along with a keen eye for aesthetics, branding, and layout design.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design and develop **product packaging, product artwork, labels, and visual assets**.
• Create engaging **posters, banners, brochures, flyers, catalogues, and marketing collateral** for both print and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Prepare print\-ready files and coordinate with vendors/printers when required.
• Modify and update existing designs based on business requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging tools.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• *Mandatory Skills**

• **Proficiency in CorelDRAW (Mandatory)**
• Strong experience in **Product Design, Poster Design, and Banner Design**
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
• Experience in creating print\-ready artwork and production files.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop** and **Adobe Illustrator**.
• Experience with social media creatives and digital marketing assets.
• Understanding of printing processes, materials, and specifications.
• Basic photo editing and image retouching skills.

• *Experience**

• **1–3 years** of experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven portfolio showcasing **product designs, posters, banners, and marketing creative**.

• *Educational Qualification**

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in graphic design software will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
