Graphic Designer Fresher

Key Responsibilities

• **Design Collateral:** Create clean, modern, and high\-impact visual assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, banner ads, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• **Brand Alignment:** Ensure all designs strictly adhere to established brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in typography, color palettes, and layout structures.
• **Digital \& Social Assets:** Design engaging graphic content tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms to drive audience engagement.
• **Collaboration:** Participate in brainstorming sessions with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize campaign ideas, mood boards, and promotional materials.
• **Asset Management:** Organize, update, and maintain the digital asset library, ensuring files are properly formatted, named, and archived.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (Recent graduates or final\-year students are welcome to apply).
• **Skills:**
• Proficiency in standard design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma).
• A strong eye for typography, minimalist layouts, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing formats and social media asset dimensions.
• **Portfolio:** A digital portfolio or samples of academic/personal design projects demonstrating creative capability and clean aesthetic sense.
• **Soft Skills:** Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
