Job Title: Graphic Designer

• *Key Responsibilities**

1\. Graphic Design \& Branding

• Design posters, brochures, flyers, banners, standees, prospectuses, and admission materials.
• Create engaging social media creatives, digital advertisements, and promotional graphics.
• Develop designs for academic programmes, courses, workshops, seminars, and institutional events.
• Maintain consistency in the institute’s branding, colours, typography, and visual identity.

2\. Digital Marketing Support

• Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Create promotional banners, email graphics, website visuals, and campaign creatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for admission campaigns and student engagement activities.
• Adapt designs to different digital formats and platform requirements.

3\. Academic \& Institutional Communication

• Design certificates, presentations, reports, newsletters, and educational infographics.
• Prepare visual content for faculty announcements, student achievements, campus activities, and institutional updates.
• Support the creation of learning materials and academic presentations when required.

4\. Print Production \& Coordination

• Prepare print\-ready files with appropriate dimensions, resolution, colour modes, and bleed settings.
• Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Review proofs and ensure all designs are free from spelling, formatting, and branding errors.

5\. Team Collaboration \& Project Management

• Work closely with the admissions, marketing, academic, and administration teams.
• Manage multiple design assignments and meet deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback from management and internal stakeholders.
• Organise and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.

Working knowledge of Canva and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.

Understanding of social media design formats and print production requirements.

Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication, and time\-management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.

Freshers with a strong portfolio and relevant design skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹23,000\.00 per month
